“Rain” calls upon the Lord to send His Spirit upon us, but also calls upon the Saints to correct our courses. As we cease our flirtation with materialism, and sensuality, God will heal His body (the Church), and true blessing can abound. Yes Lord, send the latter rain.[Joel 2:23]
